Directions: Only a couple droplets of water to serve you the best graphic liners! Please tap your brush in a tiny bit of water (not much is needed) then apply your brush on to our paint pods until the brush moistures the paint pod! Once you get a decent amount of product on your brush bristles you are ready to go!
